Before your visit
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card and a list of current medications. If you have recent lab or imaging results, bring them or ask your previous provider to send them.
During your visit
Your clinician reviews your history, examines you, and discusses findings in plain language. You leave with a written plan and a clear follow-up interval.
After your visit
Referrals, labs and prescriptions are actioned by our team. If your plan involves physical therapy, counselling or TMS, your care is coordinated in-house.
